Job Summary MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers our lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. Job Description Responsibilities: Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, attorneys, and hiring partners, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience Manage interview logistics, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones, preparation of interview materials, and follow-up communications Assist with law school recruiting efforts, including on-campus interviews, callback coordination, and summer associate program support Maintain recruiting databases and tracking systems with accuracy and discretion Prepare recruiting materials, reports, and correspondence for internal stakeholders Support recruiting events, networking functions, and firm initiatives as needed Partner closely with the Legal Recruiting and Professional Development teams to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail Profile Bachelor's degree required 1 year of experience in legal recruiting, legal administration, professional services recruiting, or a related environment strongly preferred Prior exposure to a law firm or professional services setting is ideal, though not required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with attorneys, candidates, and senior leadership Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Professional, polished demeanor with sound judgment and discretion Tech-savvy and comfortable working with applicant tracking systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership Job Offer Contract to hire position 6 Months minimum contract Monday Through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM Hybrid 3 days in office Medical, dental and vision benefits provided from day 1 Highly collaborative team strong team presence Be apart of an exciting merger.
