QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS General Qualities Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function. Minimum 3 years of experience leveraging technology to perform daily tasks, including strong familiarity with MS Office applications (in particular Exchange, Word & Excel), web navigation & basic hardware functions. Proven track record of taking initiative to accomplish tasks in creative ways with a sense of urgency and assertiveness . Education and Experience Must be able to read, write and comprehend English. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Warehousing knowledge. Computer literate: basic inventory control system, Microsoft products, email, etc. Prior knowledge of domestic services within the logistics industry. Knowledge and experience with quality systems.
