Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field. 8-10 years in an advertising agency role with strong brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management experience. Experience working on the technical aspects of a business including websites, marketing automation, or international campaigns. Experienced project manager who is extremely organized, efficient, detailed and can manage a variety of projects and requests at the same time. Highly effective communicator with excellent diplomacy, presentation and persuasion skills. Comfortable navigating the complexities of a busy agency with a variety of clients. Digital marketing and media background (Nice-to-Have). Video production experience (Nice-to-Have). Budget and financial management experience (Nice-to-Have).
