Superintendent - Large Scale, Complex Projects
The Superintendent will serve as the on‑site construction leader , responsible for managing all field operations on large‑scale and technically complex projects. This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives on non‑cookie‑cutter work , active sites, tight schedules, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Client Details Our client is a well‑established, large‑scale general contractor headquartered in Chicago, known for delivering unique, complex, and high‑visibility construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. Their portfolio includes challenging builds in dense urban environments, fast‑paced commercial interiors, workplace and office renovations, retail, storefronts, and specialty projects that require precision, leadership, and creativity in the field.
