Qualifications for this Role Several years of experience in working with small to medium sized businesses in a CFO capacity.They can adapt easily to a variety of industries and understand the strategic, financial and operational challenges prevalent in each one. Can work independently with support or additional training from supervisor as needed. Communicate succinctly and with assurance to advise clients on best course of action. They can deal with a variety of complex accounting issues and explain the impact of said issues to Client.
