Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and lead through complexity. Experience using data, insights, and talent analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve talent outcomes. High degree of judgment, collaboration, and business acumen, with the ability to balance enterprise consistency with the needs of individual business groups.
