Vice President of Engineering (Broomfield)

Katalyst Description: Katalyst is an American technology company focused on dynamic space operations. We are building a fleet of dual-use multipurpose robotic space vehicles to create the future where maneuvering, upgrading, refueling, resupply and exploration are as routine as they are on Earth. Getting to space and overcoming the gravity well is only half the story. What you do there is the future. We are not building the trains. We are building the machines that lay down the tracks. By developing the foundational capabilities that make sustained, responsive operations possible, we enable a new era of space exploration that strengthens national security and ensures freedom of action in an increasingly contested domain. Katalyst Culture: Working at Katalyst is intense, hands-on, and deeply rewarding. You’ll take real ownership and see your work move from concept to operations in an environment where the problems are hard and the impact is real. We value humility, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, even when it’s harder. You’ll work closely with thoughtful, driven teammates who push each other to do their best. What You’ll Do Own the effectiveness of Katalyst’s engineering organization and the technical quality of its spacecraft, payload, software, and mission-delivery work across parallel programs. Set a clear engineering operating model that defines decision rights, technical ownership, review expectations, interface management, configuration discipline, risk escalation, and the minimum process required to move quickly without losing rigor. Lead, develop, and hold accountable engineering managers, directors, chief engineers, and senior technical leaders; build an organization where strong leaders can make decisions independently and teams know what excellent execution looks like. Ensure major spacecraft architectures and technical baselines are coherent, traceable, and executable across systems, structures, avionics, power, GNC, propulsion, software, payloads, manufacturing, integration, test, and mission operations. Drive disciplined technical decision-making across competing mission objectives, customer needs, schedule, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and risk; personally engage when cross-program or irreversible decisions require executive technical judgment. Establish an engineering rhythm that creates visibility into technical maturity, critical risks, staffing constraints, design changes, verification readiness, and program blockers without turning the organization into a reporting bureaucracy. Partner closely with Program, Product, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and executive leadership to align engineering capacity and technical priorities to company strategy and customer commitments. Raise the bar for requirements, interfaces, design reviews, analysis, verification, test, anomaly resolution, configuration management, and flight readiness while preserving Katalyst’s bias toward hands-on ownership and speed. Build the engineering talent system: organizational design, hiring priorities, succession planning, performance management, technical career paths, mentorship, and leadership development for a rapidly scaling deep-tech organization. Create mechanisms for lessons learned from prototype builds, environmental test, integration, launch, flight operations, and anomalies to become durable improvements in architecture, process, tools, and team capability. Represent engineering with customers, external partners, technical reviewers, and other high-stakes stakeholders; communicate complex technical posture, risk, and tradeoffs clearly and credibly. What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree is preferred but not required. 10 years of experience developing complex aerospace, spacecraft, defense, robotics, autonomous, or other mission-critical hardware/software systems, including substantial engineering leadership responsibility. Demonstrated accountability for an engineering organization or major multi-disciplinary technical function through design, integration, qualification, and operational delivery. Direct end-to-end ownership of one or more spacecraft missions through system integration, environmental qualification, launch, and on-orbit operations. Breadth across spacecraft hardware and software disciplines, with enough depth to engage credibly in architecture, interfaces, verification, test, and anomaly decisions. Direct experience leading engineering managers and senior technical leaders across multiple disciplines; proven ability to scale leadership rather than relying on personal heroics. Deep systems-level technical fluency and the judgment to challenge assumptions, identify architectural risk, evaluate tradeoffs, and know when to go deep versus delegate. Experience establishing technical baselines, requirements/interface discipline, design-review practices, configuration/change control, verification strategy, and risk-management mechanisms for complex systems. Experience balancing multiple programs or product lines with shared engineering resources, competing priorities, changing requirements, and aggressive schedules. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate engineering reality into clear decisions for technical teams, program leaders, customers, and company leadership. Track record of hiring and developing exceptional technical leaders, building succession depth, and addressing performance gaps directly and constructively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where ownership, urgency, humility, and exceptionally high standards are essential. Your Ideal Background Preferred Experience transitioning from early demonstration or R&D missions into repeatable follow-on spacecraft or product execution. Experience building or materially reshaping an engineering organization in a startup, new-space, high-growth, or other low-structure environment. Experience with government and/or national-security space programs, customer-facing technical reviews, proposal/capture support, or mission assurance expectations. Direct experience with GNC, rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO), intercept, or interplanetary missions. Experience partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, and operations to move complex flight hardware from development into disciplined execution. Additional Requirements Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Compensation and Benefits: Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $214,000 - $284,000 annually. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Katalyst. You will also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of the Employee Stock Option and Equity Plan, as well as a relocation bonus and other discretionary bonuses. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, and unlimited Paid Time Off. At Katalyst our work on projects involving the U.S. Department of Defense requires adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130, which requires compliance with U.S. export laws before allowing employees to perform certain positions. Currently, our available roles necessitate access to ITAR-controlled information, and as a result, Katalyst would have to ensure any non-US person is authorized access to ITAR information before the commencement of employment. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Co-Founder, GTM Strategic Partnerships (New York)

Co-Founder, GTM Strategic Partnerships New York City | Full time | In person About Subconscious Subconscious is building the market simulator. We help companies test decisions about products, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy before committing capital. Our approach uses causal experimentation on simulated markets, not generic synthetic-user roleplay. We have early enterprise traction and are building a category at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and decision intelligence. We need a co-founder who can turn that traction into a repeatable commercial system. About the role You will own revenue across enterprise sales and strategic partnerships. You will build pipeline, run discovery, shape use cases, structure pilots, negotiate terms, close contracts, and expand successful engagements. You will also build partnerships with consultancies, agencies, research firms, data providers, and enterprise platforms. The goal is a small number of durable channels that create customer value and attributable revenue. This is a founder role. You will build the commercial function before you build the team. Responsibilities Own enterprise sales from account selection and outreach through renewal and expansion. Build qualified pipeline from scratch and maintain clear account plans, CRM state, and forecasts. Identify the business decision, budget owner, required evidence, and path to purchase. Develop commercial models for direct sales, co-selling, joint offerings, and partner-led delivery. Define partner economics, account ownership, enablement, delivery, and expansion paths. Design pilots around measurable success criteria and an agreed commercial next step. Turn field evidence into better positioning, pricing, product priorities, and repeatable sales plays. Work with product and deployment to ensure that what we sell can be delivered. You may be a fit if You have personally originated and closed six-figure enterprise deals. You have owned a revenue target and built pipeline rather than relying on inbound demand. You have sold a technical, AI, analytics, data, research, or emerging-category product into complex organizations. You have generated revenue through consultancies, GSIs, agencies, data providers, or research firms. You can navigate executives, technical teams, procurement, legal, and security. You communicate precisely and can operate without an established playbook. You are based in New York City or willing to relocate. Compensation 3%-5% equity plus cash compensation, subject to board approval. A good-faith cash range will be added before formal publication in New York. J-18808-Ljbffr

Head of Investment Data & AI (Columbia)

Choreo is a wealth management firm built on an interconnected network of financial advisors with a shared vision servicing entrepreneurs, CPAs, and individuals with a forward-thinking approach to financial planning to translate wealth into fulfillment. With over 200 employees and 40 locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients beyond what is expected. OPENING SUMMARY This role owns the Investment Strategy Group's agentic AI platform end-to-end - from vendor selection, the build-vs-buy roadmap through to the orchestration layer that ties Choreo's investment agents together. Work will involve coordination with CIO/ ISG/ CTO and all Choreo platforms to design, build and coordinate Investment needs across Choreo and build an Agentic AI overlay to help scale the investment team. This role is accountable for agentic workflows (initially focusing on research summarization, meeting documentation, the shared research knowledge base, due diligence data-gathering, advisor content drafting, portfolio monitoring and more) both in terms of development and guardrails, and compound in value as the platform scales. Primary Responsibilities: Own the build-vs-buy roadmap: license vendor AI tools where they meet the bar, and lead build decisions where Choreo's proprietary research and philosophy become a genuine competitive moat. Stand up and maintain the shared research knowledge base that every other agentic workflow queries against - the platform's foundational dependency. Manage the technical build and iteration of the Due Diligence Research Agent, Portfolio Monitoring Agent, and Advisor Content Agent, in close partnership with the Manager Research Leads, Portfolio Strategy Lead, and Advisor Enablement & Communications Lead who owns each agent's output quality. Design and enforce the human-review guardrails behind every agentic workflow: no client-facing, trade-impacting, or manager-selection output is released without a named human owner and a documented autonomy boundary. Partner closely with the core Technology organization on infrastructure, data pipelines, security review, and enterprise vendor contracting - this role builds the agentic layer on top of Technology's platform, not alongside it, and depends on a working partnership with that team. Partner with Choreo Compliance on the firm's AI usage and data-handling policy; ensure every new agentic workflow clears compliance review before it touches client or advisor data. Treat the Wealth organization as a primary internal client: work directly with advisors and Wealth leadership to understand how they work and build an advisor-centric solution set that measurably improves the advisor's experience rather than one optimized for the investment team alone. Track and report agent performance - output quality, human-override rate, and time saved - as evidence base for expanding autonomy over time. Manage AI vendor and model risk (data privacy, hallucination exposure, single-vendor concentration) as a standing risk register item, not a one-time review. Advise the Investment Committee and Technology/AI Subcommittee on agentic AI capability, limitations, and roadmap sequencing. Basic Qualifications: 5-8 years in investment operations, data/technology, and/ or AI-adjacent roles within asset management, wealth management, or a registered investment advisor. Direct experience standing up or operating AI agents or LLM-based tools in a production, regulated environment - not just prototyping. Working knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, MCP-based tool integration) and retrieval/knowledge-based architecture. Demonstrated experience building for or working alongside advisors, with a track record of solutions advisors adopt. Strong relationship skills are a must. Fluency translating between investment-team workflows (manager due diligence, portfolio construction, advisor communications) and what's technically buildable is both translator role and an engineering one. Experience operating within compliance-constrained environments; comfort designing guardrails and audit trails, not just capability. Investment background and experience are essential, and can include MBA, CFA, or equivalent investment credential; technical/data background weighted more heavily for this specific role. Success Metrics Platform coverage 3-6 mature agentic workflows live and stable within 3-6 months. Guardrail integrity Zero client-facing or trade-impacting releases without documented human review; clean compliance audit trail on every workflow. Adoption Rising human-acceptance rate on agent-drafted output over time (research summaries, DD first-pass memos, advisor content) as evidence autonomy can expand. Efficiency Measurable reduction in analyst/advisor hours spent on research summarization, meeting documentation, and DD data-gathering, freed up for judgment-level work. Cost discipline Tech J-18808-Ljbffr

Chief Revenue Officer (, GA, United States)

OptiSigns is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in digital signage and digital experiences. Our platform combines AI, IoT, and no-code tools to help organizations engage customers and employees through screen-based experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. Today, more than 200,000 screens run on OptiSigns worldwide, backed by 6,000 reviews on G2 and Capterra — among the most-reviewed platforms in the category. Our teams are in Houston, Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, and Munich. We built this business on a strong product, compelling value, and exceptional support. The next chapter is building a revenue engine that matches the strength of that foundation. We are looking for a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer to build that next-generation revenue engine. You will own Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations globally and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention. This is not a traditional enterprise-sales CRO role. OptiSigns has two meaningful growth motions: a high-volume product-led/self-serve business and an enterprise motion focused on larger, multi-site deployments. The opportunity is to connect them — using product and customer signals to identify high-potential accounts, convert them efficiently, and expand them over time. We are also building an AI-first, AI-native organization. Our engineering team already works this way: AI handles research, drafting, testing, and repetitive execution while people own judgment and final verification. Revenue is next. What You’ll Own Build and lead the global revenue strategy across new business, expansion, retention, partnerships, and revenue operations. Connect our self-serve and enterprise motions so product usage and customer signals systematically surface accounts with enterprise potential. Improve sales execution through hands-on coaching, deal reviews, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and clear performance management. Build a scalable partner and channel ecosystem that expands reach without unnecessary complexity or fixed cost. Establish closed-loop revenue attribution — from acquisition and trial through activation, subscription, expansion, and retained revenue. Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps around a common funnel, shared metrics, and clear ownership. Build an AI-first, AI-native revenue organization where AI agents handle research, prospecting support, drafting, analysis, and repetitive workflows while people focus on judgment, relationships, and closing. Build the team, operating cadence, and systems required to scale through $100M ARR and beyond 10 years of B2B SaaS revenue leadership experience, including CRO, SVP/VP Sales, or equivalent. Proven experience scaling revenue organizations and developing high-performing sales teams. Experience with both product-led/self-serve and enterprise sales, ideally connecting the two. Experience with expansion-driven SaaS models such as per-seat, per-location, per-device, or similar. Strong hands-on understanding of RevOps, pipeline management, forecasting, and attribution. Experience building partnerships, channel, or reseller programs. International experience across multiple markets. AI-first and AI-native mindset — you actively use AI in your own work and know how to redesign revenue workflows around it. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and getting directly involved when needed. Experience scaling a SaaS business through and beyond $100M ARR is highly preferred. Experience in digital signage, AV, IoT, multi-site enterprise, or enterprise security and procurement is a plus. Must be located in the Greater Houston area or willing to relocate. Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Unlimited flexible aid time off 401K Why OptiSigns You will inherit a substantial global customer base, proven product-market fit, and meaningful inbound demand. The mandate is to turn those advantages into a more predictable, scalable revenue system. OptiSigns is on a strong growth trajectory toward $100M ARR. This role is about building the scalable, predictable, AI-native revenue engine that takes us through $100M ARR and well beyond it. J-18808-Ljbffr
