Contribute to interpretation and dissemination and communication of project quality control requirements to relevant, staff including field crews and craft supervision. Assist in document management to ensure all project documents are updated and current to reflect any changes, revisions, etc. Assist in the procurement, buy-out, and management of subcontractors, suppliers/vendors to ensure subcontract /vendor agreements capture required quality related scope of work. Prepare and submit accurate Quality Control project status project reports. Manage project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other required documentation. Actively participate in the RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response, and close out. Monitor project work for any non-compliance issues and ensure corrective measures are approved, executed, and closed out with documented acceptance. Manage project close-out, including timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover. Qualifications: Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience. Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience performing in a construction quality control management role. Comprehensive understanding of construction industry practices and standards, as well as experience with supervision, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, and project status reporting. Experience utilizing project management software systems. Preferred Qualifications: Currently possess or have the ability to attain the NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist and USACE Construction Quality Manager Certification. Superintendent - Marine

Develop material handling plans with Foremen. Identify extra work or change of conditions and report to Project Manager/Project Engineer. Ensure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Construction preferred, but not required. Minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field. Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of bridge construction. OSHA 10 certified. Project Manager

Submit a quarterly cost revision with an explanation of any cost variance. Submit change order logs to the regional office monthly. Coordinate and direct all project activities with the Project Superintendent/General Superintendent to ensure that all milestones are met and job continuity is maintained. Conduct weekly meetings. Prepare and review periodic estimates with the owner's representative/Resident Engineer and submit an approved original estimate or pencil sheet copy to the regional office with the appropriate subcontractor quantity split. Attend final punch list inspection and/or closeout meeting and complete final documents. Maintain contact with the project Owner and Architect/Engineer to obtain reduction of retainage and final payment and close out jobsite office. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering major or construction related field. Minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field. Work conditions include walking long distances while carrying up to 40 pounds of equipment and working in all weather conditions for 8-10 hours a day. Responsibilities: Operate all types of survey equipment including GPS and SCS900 software, Total Station, and Level. Perform site setup activities; i.e. site calibration, level runs, control checks. Perform all layout calculations in data collector; i.e. Station/Offset, Distances, Grading. Keep detailed field notes. Work independently when performing field layout. Transfer files between field and office. Work directly with the Project Managers and Superintendents regarding initial project layout requirements, means and methods of establishing project survey control, and field reporting. Utilize Trimble survey equipment and software including GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and manage Machine Control equipment Software used includes SCS900, Trimble Access, and Trimble Business Center. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, construction related college degree preferred. 7- 10 years of construction related experience required Valid Driver’s License. Knowledge of survey grade GPS and SCS900 software as well as other survey equipment. Basic CAD skills; i.e. Business Center, Carlson, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Open Roads. Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts following blueprints using various bolts, nuts, washers and torqueing.
