Mission Build the industry's leading Cyber Risk Operations Marketplace that enables customers to: Connect their entire security ecosystem Correlate risk across multiple technology domains Drive remediation through partner technologies Leverage Agentic AI‑powered workflows Reduce cyber risk through integrated partner solutions Accelerate time‑to‑value from existing technology investments Marketplace Strategy & Ecosystem Vision Define and execute the strategy for the Qualys ROC Marketplace, including marketplace architecture and platform strategy, integration prioritization framework, partner onboarding model, joint solution development process, ecosystem monetization opportunities, and marketplace growth metrics and adoption. Own executive‑level relationships with key ecosystem partners. Potential partner categories include Cloud Providers, Identity Security, Endpoint & Device Security, Cloud & Application Security, Data Security, AI Security, OT/IoT security, IT and Workflow systems. Joint Solution Development Partner with internal product leaders and alliance partners to define and deliver high‑value joint use cases. Examples include Identity Risk Reduction, Cloud Risk Remediation, Endpoint Risk Elimination, AI Risk Management focusing on discovering, prioritizing, and remediating cyber risk with Agentic AI powered workflow. Product Leadership Collaborate with product management teams across all of Qualys products to define partner integration requirements, build roadmap alignment, prioritize marketplace investments, drive API and platform strategy, and ensure customer adoption and measurable outcomes. Go‑To‑Market Leadership Lead ecosystem GTM initiatives including joint launches, product announcements, solution launches, analyst briefings, conference presence, sales enablement, and more. Develop joint solution messaging, battlecards, pitch decks, discovery guides, competitive positioning, solution demonstrations, demo environments, partner‑integrated use cases, executive storytelling assets, and customer proof points. Drive co‑sell programs, field alignment, opportunity identification, joint account planning, executive sponsorship, and revenue attribution. Key Success Metrics Marketplace growth, number of integrations, marketplace adoption, active ecosystem partners, joint customer deployments, partner‑influenced pipeline, partner‑sourced opportunities, co‑sell revenue contribution. Attach rates for partner solutions, product impact, partner use‑case adoption, customer activation rates, time‑to‑value improvements, risk reduction outcomes, impact, analyst recognition, ecosystem differentiation, market awareness, platform expansion. Qualifications 10 years in Product Management, Product Strategy, Alliances, or Platform Ecosystems. Experience building enterprise software integrations and partnerships. Strong cybersecurity industry knowledge. Experience working with cloud and security ecosystems. Ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally. Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform architectures. Preferred Experience in one or more of: Exposure Management, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Identity Security, Endpoint Security, Data Security, AI Security, Security Platforms, Marketplace Businesses. Ideal Candidate Profile Product Strategist: can identify market opportunities and translate them into ecosystem investments. Ecosystem Builder: knows how to create win‑win partnerships that deliver customer value. Technical Product Leader: can define integrations, APIs, data models, and workflows. GTM Operator: can drive launches, enablement, and co‑selling motions. Executive Influencer: can build trusted relationships with executives and partners. Customers increasingly expect security tools to work together, share context, automate workflows, and deliver measurable risk reduction. This role will build the ecosystem that makes the Qualys Risk Operations Center the central intelligence and orchestration layer across cloud, identity, endpoint, data, AI, network, and infrastructure security. Vision “Make Qualys ROC the operating system for Cyber Risk Operations, powered by the industry's largest ecosystem of risk intelligence, remediation, and automation partners.” Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, relevant experience, and work location.
