Luther Oaks is a Life Plan Community in Bloomington offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. As an RN here, you'll provide direct resident care and help lead a nursing team across a full-continuum campus. What you'll do Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life What you'll need Required: Active Illinois RN license Must be 18 years of age or older Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work some weekends and holidays Preferred: Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living Pay and benefits $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time RNs Full-time: $33.46-$34.04/hour PIB (Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits): $45.00/hour PRN: $43.00/hour, plus applicable shift differentials Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) with employer match Generous paid time off Life and disability insurance Schedule Day shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PRN: on-call, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month Weekend and holiday rotation required for full-time roles Ready to apply?
