PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The professional registered nurse Home Therapies RN CAP 2 may be an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) for new employees who meet the RN CAP 2 criteria or attained through advancement from RN CAP 1. This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. Job Summary Under minimal supervision, set up, adjust, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain assigned equipment with responsibility for production and quality. Responsibilities: Requirements: At least 3 years hands on experience with a customer communications management platform, experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive and Scalar strongly preferred Experience using a creating customer communications tool creating statements, notices, or letters of dynamic business content Experience with agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills Ability to engage team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields.
