About the Role We’re looking for a Brand and Content Lead to build and scale our ambitious awareness strategy from the ground up. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role where your work will directly shape how enterprise go‑to‑market teams understand the challenges facing them in the AI era, and the category we’re building to solve for those challenges. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our brand and content programs across thought leadership, SEO/AEO, and multi‑channel distribution. You’ll translate our POV into buzzy campaigns that spark conversations, earn trust with the C‑suite, and amplify our founders’ voices in the market. What You’ll Do Brand ownership and activation Champion our brand story internally, helping cross‑functional teams adopt consistent language and messaging, and ensuring all content and channels reflect our core narrative, tone, POV, and identity. Own and execute our brand campaign strategy. From targeted out‑of‑home, to viral brand activations, you will bring the creative spark and the executional rigor to bring our brand to life and create buzz. Content Strategy & Execution Build and run our thought leadership content engine, focusing on capturing and shaping the intent of enterprise executives and GTM leadership. Partner directly with founders to turn their domain expertise into standout articles, narratives, and thought leadership. Develop SEO/AEO‑optimized structures, snippet strategies, and schema to ensure our content surfaces in modern search. Distribution & Amplification Build the distribution playbook to ensure our ideas get seen: podcasts, press, speaking engagements, communities, newsletters, social. Own our marketing website as the highest‑leverage distribution channel, both for content and brand representation, and continually optimize for maximum engagement and conversion in partnership with our DG Lead. Secure founder placement in high‑visibility channels, such as podcasts, industry publications, conference stages, etc. Lead our social strategy across founder and corporate channels. Who You Are 4-8 years of experience in B2B brand and content marketing with a specific focus on enterprise personas. A strong storyteller and writer who can distill complex concepts into compelling narratives for executive audiences. Experience with SEO and organic content strategy. Skilled in multi‑channel distribution, including press, social, communities, events, etc. Self‑starter with an enormous appetite for learning and ambition to build something great. Willing to ‘do what it takes’ to win, whether that means working in the evenings and on a weekend to execute on deliverables. Entrepreneur by heart (always identifying opportunities for improvement contribution). Creative / a “hacker” or tinkerer. Quantitative intuitions and first‑principles approach.
