Overview Mid-sized nationally recognized business law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience to join the team in their D.C. office. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced attorney with private practice experience to work on sophisticated matters for government contractors and commercial clients in a collaborative, supportive environment. This litigation practice spans complex commercial disputes, government contracts litigation, labor & employment, trade secrets, False Claims Act, real estate and business torts. Attorneys regularly appear in federal and state courts as well as before administrative boards. Competitive candidates will be well-versed in motions practice; deposition or trial experience is a plus. 1750 billable hour target. Hybrid workplace. Salaries for this role start at $200K.
