About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing team as a Director, Brand Insights based in Miami, FL. The Director, Brand Insights will lead and inspire the Brand Insights team to champion the authentic voice of the guest, transforming data into actionable insights that shape brand strategy and marketing decisions. They will own brand performance intelligence by uncovering growth opportunities, monitoring category and cultural trends, and delivering high-impact insights that move the brand and business forward. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the development and deployment of surveys or other forms of research to assess consumer needs or wants, evaluate business drivers, and use findings to identify and capitalize on strategic business opportunities. Shape study designs and approve questionnaires and discussion guides, ensuring appropriate scope (markets, target audiences, actionable information collected) is captured based on research objectives. Ensure high standards of methodological rigor and analytical integrity. Integrate syndicated data and third-party sources to contextualize brand performance within broader market dynamics. Assess findings, including buying habits and consumer opinions, and develop product or marketing recommendations meant to drive value, improve market penetration, or increase sales. Closely involved with final analysis and presentation of results to Leadership and cross-functional team members. Present thoughtful, actionable insights to cross-functional teams on a regular basis, including Leadership. Manage and develop external research partners to ensure high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous innovation in research approaches. Develop strong partnerships with internal teams to act as a trusted strategic advisor. Act as a liaison with other cross-functional team members. Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management. Establish departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization. Qualifications (some examples listed below): Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field required Minimum of 10 years’ experience in brand insights, consumer research, or strategy roles, including people leadership experience Experience in QSR or consumer brands preferred. Deep expertise in brand health tracking, segmentation, creative testing, and social listening. Experience working with syndicated data. Strong quantitative capabilities, including survey design, statistical analysis, and familiarity with syndicated data sources. Strong qualitative capabilities, including moderator management, discussion guide design, and familiarity with approaches (IDIs, Focus Groups, Ethnographies, etc.). Ability to identify and seek needed information/research. Acts with a sense of urgency. Effective communicator, both written, verbal and through presentations. Ability to develop and mentor others. Ability to drive strategic direction. Creative and analytical thinking skills. Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work. Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager The Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager is a supporting management position within Jared The Galleria Of Jewelry stores. This position will achieve store and individual sales goals by providing superior guest experience and expert knowledge on all fashion merchandise (diamond fashion, gold, and color) and timepiece brands.
