Review medication administration record for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of the health care provider's order. Report concerns to your supervisor. Dispose of drugs and narcotics as required, and in accordance with established procedures. Assist in maintaining wellness files according to Sunrise policies and federal and state/provincial regulations. Maintain medical supplies and emergency kits for the community. Provide clinical support and assistance to community team members as needed. Understand and follow infection control practices. Partner with the RCD and community team to promote infection control standards including any resident testing, training, and skills checks.
