Oversee Mission Planning Environment (MPE) systems to ensure they meet operational and testing requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to align MPE capabilities with operational flight program schedules. Provide critical support for lifecycle logistics, operational planning, and sustainment strategies, ensuring mission readiness and effective system integration. Monitor DoD acquisition reforms and advise leadership on process improvements, cost avoidance strategies, and policy interpretations. Ensure compliance with updated regulations and directives. Collaborate with division branch chiefs, program managers, and contractors to provide expert guidance, streamline integration, and address programmatic issues affecting overall performance. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret level clearance. Bachelor’s degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program, and minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs.
