STS Technical Services is hiring a Bilingual General Assembly Training Coordinator to support a growing manufacturing operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This on-site role is responsible for onboarding, skills training, and safety awareness across production and assembly teams. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and have hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, this position offers long-term stability and growth. Position Overview The Bilingual General Assembly Training Coordinator works closely with HR, Safety, and Operations teams to deliver classroom and hands-on training focused on general assembly fundamentals, electrical basics, blueprint reading, and safe work practices. Training is delivered through a blended learning approach that includes classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and modern training tools.
