Lead the successful commercialization of a large portfolio of annual product launches. Ensure every launch is supported by a fully integrated 360° go-to-market strategy across retail, digital, social, PR, creators, education, and experiential. Ensure every launch delivers compelling storytelling, consumer education, retail excitement, and commercial success. Build compelling product narratives that reinforce Danessa Myricks Beauty's reputation for artistry and innovation. Integrated Marketing Leadership: Own the annual marketing strategy, budget, and investment priorities with clear accountability for business results, KPIs and ROI. Build and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy with strong digital focus to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. Develop and manage media planning and communications: comms strategies, objectives, target information, channel priorities, planning etc. Build and lead, with direct reports, relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, PR firm, content partners and influencers, paid media agencies to maximize brand exposure and drive results across paid, owned, and earned investments. Partner closely with internal Digital & Creative teams and agencies to execute paid marketing efforts, including social, search, content marketing, and retailer media. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities and refine concepts and strategies into innovating marketing activities that address business objectives. Stay current on beauty industry marketing and social media news, constantly testing new ideas and platforms. Build marketing plans that hero and support existing product franchises, in addition to new launches. Lead execution of the marketing calendar across product launches, evergreen campaigns, influencer moments, and key brand milestones. Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Education, and Creative teams to deliver seamless omnichannel marketing execution. Founder-Led Brand Building: Partner closely with founder Danessa Myricks to amplify her voice, vision, artistry, and industry leadership. Develop marketing programs that leverage founder credibility and authenticity to strengthen brand affinity. Retail & Omnichannel Marketing: Partner with Sales and Retail Marketing to drive productivity across retail partners. Ensure consistent storytelling across retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Support retail and international expansion through scalable omnichannel marketing programs. Lead TikTok Shop and Amazon expansion strategy and execution. Marketing Operations & Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a collaborative marketing organization. Oversee Marketing Operations to ensure effective planning, prioritization, resource management, and flawless execution. Develop scalable processes, workflows, and operating rhythms that support rapid business growth. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning. Establish clear framework for setting goals, developing strategies, measuring and optimizing on all marketing efforts. Qualifications: 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience within prestige beauty, luxury consumer products, or high-growth lifestyle brands. Proven success building integrated marketing organizations that drive both brand equity and commercial performance. Deep expertise across brand marketing, product marketing, social media, influencer strategy, PR, CRM, retail marketing, and e-commerce. Demonstrated success launching innovative beauty products across omnichannel environments. Comfortable operating in a high-innovation environment, leading the successful commercialization of a large portfolio of annual product launches through integrated go-to-market strategies that drive excitement, retail productivity, and consumer demand. Experience scaling a brand across both DTC and retail channels. Strong commercial acumen with ownership of marketing ROI, growth, and profitability. Experience building and leading high-performing teams in entrepreneurial, fast-paced organizations. Fluency with modern marketing tools and AI-driven workflows. Excellent cross-functional communication and team leadership skills. Experience managing robust portfolio and high-volume execution. Experience working with founder-led beauty brands. Experience partnering with Sephora or other prestige beauty retailers. Experience scaling an independent beauty brand through rapid domestic and international growth.
