Geriatrician (MD/DO) Position Summary The Geriatrician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to older adults, with a focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of complex medical, functional, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions. This role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, care coordination, and optimization of health, function, and quality of life for aging patients.
