Anesthesiology Physician
Seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Anesthesiologist to join an established 11 person ALL physician practice in Walla Walla, Washington. You will primarily be located at the region's 142-bed hospital, but you will also provide coverage to a community outpatient surgery center in town. Enjoy an excellent variety of cases with no transplant, cardiac, or complex pediatrics in Southeast Washington. Position Details: Full-time Anesthesiologist role located in the heart of Washington's beautiful wine country Call taken from home with financial incentive Routine cases with low trauma No cardiac, transplant, or complex pediatric cases (peds is mostly routine, healthy ENT) Collaborative Anesthesia group and hospital with physicians on a first-name basis and focus being on quality care for our community Group has many members in leadership positions in the hospital, including current Chief of Staff Broad range of lifestyles from rural setting with acreage, to tight-knit community living, all within minutes of the hospital All physician practice with no CRNA oversight Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $467,036 to $573,405 per year Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental and retirement (including 401k with matching, HSA, deferred compensation plan, etc.) No buy-in, W2 employee, extremely fair, supportive group Providence qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Expert professional student debt advice at no charge No state income tax in Washington The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
