Universal EPA / CFC license. 5 years of hands-on technical experience in commercial HVAC systems, with deep expertise in system design, application, and maintenance. Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and controls. Additional experience or certifications in electrical systems, plumbing, or other craft skills. HIGHLY PREFERRED: experience with steam systems and experience with pneumatic control systems Effective use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and other internet-based software.
