The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System (OCVAHCS) is actively recruiting a board-certified full-time permanent hospital employed Gynecology Surgeon to join our Surgery department. The Gynecology Surgeon is accountable to the Chief of Surgery. The vascular surgery physician participates in inpatient and outpatient care related care and consultation at the OKC VA. Document all clinical encounter consistent within established VA guidelines for Inpatient and Outpatient Clinic consultation and follow-up, admission History and Physicals, preoperative evaluations, surgery posting notes, orders, operative notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Develop and provide medical education/counseling for patients and families with a focus on delivery of evidence based, outcomes focused, veteran centric care.
