Key Responsibilities Install commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, vent, natural gas, and specialty piping. Install and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, water heaters, backflow devices, and related equipment. Perform service work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, and mechanical plans. Coordinate installations with project managers, general contractors, and other skilled trades. Conduct pressure testing, inspections, and system commissioning. Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes, local regulations, and OSHA safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, inspections, and materials used. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe. Represent LC Mechanical professionally while providing exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License (PL01) required. Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience. High School Diploma or GED. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping methods, and Washington plumbing codes. Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents. Experience with commercial new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and industrial facilities preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and in confined spaces when necessary.
