The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role goes beyond filling positions—you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed talent decisions and build strong, high-performing teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening our talent pipelines, and contributing to a scalable, high-performing recruiting function. This role will focus on leading a team of Distribution Account Managers to drive sales growth and further develop the outside sales division of our distribution business. Work with HR to source and evaluate quality candidates. Work cross functionally with Sales Leadership in related businesses, Marketing, Operations, and other functions as necessary. Establish and lead a disciplined sales operating rhythm including pipeline management, opportunity reviews, call cadence expectations, and performance checkpoints. Develop, implement, and continuously refine standardized sales processes to ensure consistent customer engagement and scalable growth. Champion data‑driven selling through CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and activity tracking. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 10 years of HVAC experience increasing distribution sales required. 5 years of direct management experience managing a sales organization and coaching a sales team.
