The team is hiring a Director or Vice President, Electronic Trading (US Credit, US Rates), Global Markets in New York. This role is responsible for pricing and risk management of electronic FX and Fixed Income trading while driving BMO's electronic growth strategy. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in electronic markets and partner closely with Global Markets trading, sales, and technology to deliver scalable client solutions and robust infrastructure. Responsibilities Operate as key member of the trading team with a focus on increasing electronic trading volumes and profitability. Drive business growth in electronic trading. Develop technology and infrastructure-based solutions for business objectives. Create and develop new trading ideas and initiatives related to electronic trading. Respond to inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies or members of the business community in a professional manner and determine acceptable solutions. Support sales activities with trading strategies, product definition and market information customized to suit their client’s individual needs. Maintain strong relationships with BMO’s sales team, matching electronic services and products to suit client business. Develop an understanding of and proficiency in using all required systems and models. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service to internal and external clients and act as a positive change agent to drive improved efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a facilitator and coordinate between various teams such as Infrastructure and Application vendors to resolve complex issues and outages. Perform root‑cause analysis and regular reporting to identify areas for review for improvements. Qualifications 5-7 years of electronic trading experience and trading exposure in sell‑side banking sector across Fixed Income (Rates, Credit, Mortgages) and FX, with current eTrading experience in US Credit, US Rates. University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related discipline. Understanding of FX payment workflows and product management experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of macro markets and sales/trading/hedging strategies. Strong understanding of local regulatory and financial concepts. Advanced deal execution and/or project management skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and risk management skills. Excellent communication skills. FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required. Salary Base salary is $275,000 at the Director level and $260,000 at the Vice President level (subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements). MaineHealth is seeking a fellowship-trained, full-time surgical oncologist to join its well-established team in Portland, Maine. The surgeon will be a member of the Division of Surgical Oncology, Section of General Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery which includes 12 full-time surgeons, four of whom practice in this Section. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with colleagues in medical oncology, radiation oncology, and additional specialists in the MaineHealth Cancer Care Network. A clinical interest in cutaneous oncology and melanoma, sarcoma, and peritoneal disease is preferred.
