Job Summar This Respiratory Therapist performs as a clinically competent practitioner and provides respiratory care to patients with minimal guidance. They perform the therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities which affect the cardiopulmonary system and associated aspects of other system functions. Responsibilities include administering oxygen and other medical gases, utilizing aerosolized medications, positive pressure breathing devices, ventilators, resuscitation devices, etc. Performs pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments. Demonstrates an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s individual age specific needs and to provide individualized age specific treatments and care. The RRT demonstrates efficiency across clinical/critical care settings to provide quality service to patient care units through communication, cooperation and collaboration with our heath care team. Participates in additional training and/or certification courses to develop expertise and skills to become certified to work in specialized clinical areas. Qualifications Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred from an AMA approved Respiratory program. Ability to function as a self-directed team member. Position Summary: The Claims Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of the corporate risk management function for the Company, including management of all insurance claims from inception to closure. Responsible for the management, evaluation, investigation, prevention, and negotiation of claims Manages third-party providers (including brokers, insurers, and TPAs), to ensure that all outstanding claims are properly valued and reserved Works with Company operations, brokers, insurers, and other outside service providers to implement systems, procedures, and approaches to eliminate, mitigate, reduce, and control risks Develop, implement, and manage all corporate reporting and claims investigation policies and procedures Advises management and counsel on the status of claims Provide analytical reports to management that identifies trends and address corrective actions Oversees the corporate insurance programs in areas of property, casualty, workers’ compensation, umbrella, builder’s risk, automobile, pollution, professional liability, subcontractor default, cyber liability, and owner controlled and contractor-controlled insured programs Maintains all insurance records and reports to management on the status of the Company’s insurance program Conducts the necessary training regarding the corporate insurance program for estimators, project managers, and operating departments Provides assistance to the Procurement and Preconstruction teams for review of contractual insurance requirements, insurance provisions, and unusual terms and conditions Obtains specialty coverage quotes as required by owner prime contracts Develops contract terms and conditions on a global basis, taking into account jurisdictional issues. Updates on a regular basis. We provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies due to medical, psychiatric and/or substance use disorder diagnoses; children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families and their care providers. Our full-time positions are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, which is amazing schedule for parents or those who want work/life balance. There is one rotating on-call weekend day every 4-5 weeks. Minimum Requirements: One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience, experience with assessing patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Child health nursing experience preferred. Human services experience such as collaboration with community providers, service and care coordination. Position Summary The Traveling HVAC Startup Controls Foreman is responsible for the supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new and existing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
