Overview The San Bernardino, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and have at least eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience in employment law matters. Prior employment litigation experience is required (preferably on the management side), including experience handling single plaintiff employment claims as well as PAGA, Wage & Hour, and FEHA matters. Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
