Responsibilities Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, as well as Joint Commission standards. Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospital’s performance. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field (preferred). Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with work experience equivalent to a Master’s degree, as demonstrated by responsibilities such as overseeing hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance. Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a Senior Management position. May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts. May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
