We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end solution design. You will bridge the gap between our Connected Guest Journey business vision and the technical reality on Microsoft Azure and all the relevant 3rd party services (e.g. Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, Contentful CMS). You will drive the architecture from discovery through to Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and formal Operational Design Concepts (ODC) , ensuring security, scalability, and seamless identity management (CIAM) and observability are addressed from day one. What You’ll Do Core Architecture & Governance End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire solution architecture, ensuring a seamless experience in guest flows. Design Governance: must not only write documentation but also defend Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Solution Design Documentation (SDD) during Technical Design Authority (TDA) forums. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and present designs in Technical Design Authority (TDA) forums. Proactive Leadership: leading and mentoring engineering teams to ensure the source of truth in the architecture is accurately translated into code. Identity & Security (MS Entra Focus) Unified Guest Identity: Architect a centralized identity strategy using e.g. Microsoft Entra (External ID / B2C) to enable a Single View of the Guest across web, mobile, and all the supported services (e.g. booking, concierge, etc.). Security & Compliance: Drive security-by-design, including threat modeling, secrets management, and PII protection within a data-rich environment. Cloud Platform & DevOps Azure Strategy: Design solutions aligned with the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Landing Zone patterns, ensuring separation of concerns between platform and workload. DevOps Integration: Partner with DevOps to define CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and release strategies that support frequent deployments without disrupting the guest experience. Observability: Address NFRs for observability to trace the Connected Guest Journey across distributed services (front-end, CMS, CRM, booking engine, data analytics). What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) Experience: Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Solution Architect for enterprise-grade B2C digital platforms (Web & Mobile, Cloud). Azure Mastery: Deep hands‑on background with Azure PaaS, Networking, API Management, and Integration services. Governance Rigor: Ability to produce structured, defensible specs (ODC, KDD, SDD/HLD) that pass formal design reviews. Identity Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra / IDaaS in a B2C context. You understand how to unify identities across different channels (Web vs Mobile) using modern standards. DevOps Fluency: Solid understanding of modern CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and operational readiness. Communication: Excellent ability to translate business goals into technical architecture and negotiate (technical-business) trade-offs. The Company is seeking a Field Director, Medical Affairs to build and lead the company's field medical capability as the product candidate approaches its US launch in smoking cessation and is developed for e-cigarette (vaping) cessation. Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs, this is a hands-on leadership role spanning field strategy, team build, scientific engagement, and insights - designed for a leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is energized by building from scratch, and is comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and scientific engagement. The Field Director will architect the company's MSL function, recruit and directly manage the field team, personally drive scientific exchange in the field, and ensure that field intelligence informs the wider business.
