As a Project Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in the overall leadership and successful and timely delivery of complex multimillion-dollar fast-track, complex heavy-civil, highway and bridge projects from pre-construction stage through project execution and completion. Actively participate in over-all day-today operational leadership and decision-making as the subject matter expert for all project quality management functions including self-performed work, materials or work performed by suppliers, vendors, subcontractors. Provide ongoing and regular quality control related technical input for construction planning, interpretation of design, development of efficient construction methods and quality controls processes for execution of the work. Manage and schedule all required quality testing, inspections and documentation including all third-party quality control related services. Manage the quality processes required per contract documents, specifications, drawings, engineering calcs for work activities such as crane/hoisting lifts, temporary works, falsework, shoring, formwork, safety systems, etc. Provide overall leadership to ensure work is constructed in compliance and work quality is accurately documented through clear and traceable record keeping and reporting. Develop and implement project specific Quality Control Plan that meets company policies, project requirements and is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Perform periodic audits to verify adherence to QA/QC Management Plan. Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of project contract documents, (drawings and specifications, and requirements by reference, etc. Maintain applicable industry reference standards and facilitate project access to relevant team members. Develop and implement a project Quality Control orientation program to ensure project team members are familiar with the requirements of the project QC Management Plan, and conduct to relevant project specific training, relative to Quality Control roles, responsibilities, processes, and procedures. Contribute to interpretation and dissemination and communication of project quality control requirements to relevant, staff including field crews and craft supervision. Assist in document management to ensure all project documents are updated and current to reflect any changes, revisions, etc. Assist in the procurement, buy-out, and management of subcontractors, suppliers/vendors to ensure subcontract /vendor agreements capture required quality related scope of work. Prepare and submit accurate Quality Control project status project reports. Manage project submittal process to ensure timely receipt, review and approval of submittals and shop drawings, as-builts, and other required documentation. Actively participate in the RFI process to ensure timely receipt, review, response, and close out. Monitor project work for any non-compliance issues and ensure corrective measures are approved, executed, and closed out with documented acceptance. Manage project close-out, including timely management of punch list, commissioning, and transitional system operations turnover. Qualifications: Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience. Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience performing in a construction quality control management role. Comprehensive understanding of construction industry practices and standards, as well as experience with supervision, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, and project status reporting. Experience utilizing project management software systems. Preferred Qualifications: Currently possess or have the ability to attain the NETTCP Quality Assurance Technologist and USACE Construction Quality Manager Certification. Civil Superintendent

Position Summary: The Superintendent will be responsible for the field planning and management process of the bridge related aspects of construction projects. The Superintendent ensures that the quality of work and materials are upheld and that the schedule is followed as planned as well as enforces and adheres to Company’s safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager and assist as required. Direct oversight responsibility of time sheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities worked. Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and team member relationships. Responsible for maintaining and managing the overall bridge schedule. Review, maintain, and monitor crew’s productivity and goals daily. Review cost reports monthly, initiate field change requests, and prepare vendor or subcontractor back charges with the Project Manager/Project Engineer. Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of construction. Follows the project construction process and schedule to ensure that work is completed on time. Review and submit weekly accountability reports. Have a clear understanding of pay parameters and specifications by item. Provide General Superintendent with a three week look ahead schedule. Conduct daily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Tool Box Talk with crew. Provide Job Hazard Analysis prior to new work activities and review with crew. Develop material handling plans with Foremen. Identify extra work or change of conditions and report to Project Manager/Project Engineer. Ensure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Construction preferred, but not required. Minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive experience in the civil construction field. Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of bridge construction. OSHA 10 certified. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Construction Laborer with expertise in carpentry and concrete work to join our team. This position will involve assisting with a variety of heavy civil construction projects such as roadways, bridges, and infrastructure, . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in carpentry, formwork, and concrete placement techniques, as well as general laborer duties, with a strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities:  Carpentry Work: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, forms, and frameworks for construction projects (e.g., building forms for concrete pours, scaffolding, supports, etc.). Measure, cut, and assemble wooden beams, boards, and other materials used in construction. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layout and dimensions. Maintain tools and carpentry equipment to ensure they are in good working order.  Concrete Work: Prepare, pour, and finish concrete for foundations, roads, bridges, and other heavy civil infrastructure projects. Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring that they are aligned and properly positioned. Operate machinery and tools for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete. Perform concrete surface finishing techniques such as troweling, leveling, and smoothing. Assist with reinforcing steel placement (rebar) as required in concrete work. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Heavy Civil Construction preferred. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints Minimum of 2 years of assembly/disassembly of heavy form systems. Knowledge in the use of concrete pumps, concrete placement/finishing, rebar installation a plus. Skill in smoothing, finishing freshly placed concrete, applying surface treatments and restoring concrete surfaces. Prior rigging knowledge is a plus. Experience with leveling tools such as laser levels and transits. Must have proper knowledge of using and maintaining any type of power equipment required to fulfill job description and possess the appropriate tools of the trade. OSHA 10 is required.
