We are currently seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead all U.S. finance functions across our global brand portfolio, providing strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and business partnership to support sustainable and profitable growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP Finance will work closely with the Global Brand President and cross-functional leaders to drive business performance, optimize investments, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making across brands, channels, customers, and markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing a best-in-class finance organization, strengthening financial governance and accounting controls, enhancing tax and credit risk management, optimizing working capital and liquidity, and providing actionable financial insights that enable growth and value creation. This role requires a commercially minded finance leader who can effectively balance strategic growth initiatives with financial discipline and operational excellence. Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the senior finance partner to the Global Brand President and leadership team, providing financial insight and strategic guidance to support business objectives. Partner with commercial, marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams to drive profitable growth and improve business performance. Evaluate strategic initiatives, new market opportunities, product launches, customer investments, and business expansion opportunities through robust financial analysis and business case development. Drive data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights on revenue growth, margin improvement, customer profitability, and investment returns. Finance Leadership & Transformation Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization across accounting, FP&A, controls, treasury, tax, and business finance. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, business partnership, and operational excellence. Strengthen organizational capabilities by coaching, mentoring, and developing future finance leaders. Financial Governance, Controls & Risk Management Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and accounting processes to support scalable growth and effective risk management. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting requirements. Enhance tax, credit, treasury, and compliance frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks. Lead audit, compliance, and financial governance initiatives to maintain a strong control environment. FP&A and Performance Management Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop meaningful KPIs, management dashboards, and performance reporting to improve business visibility and accountability. Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and return on investment. Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support leadership decisions and resource allocation. Working Capital, Treasury & Liquidity Management Drive initiatives to improve working capital efficiency through effective management of inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Optimize cash flow and liquidity through disciplined forecasting, treasury management, and capital allocation. Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory productivity, cash conversion, and return on invested capital. Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and cash planning processes to support business growth. Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance organization. Lead teams across accounting, FP&A, financial controls, and business finance. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership. Mentor future finance leaders and strengthen organizational capability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred. Fifteen (15) years of progressive finance leadership experience. Seven (7) years in senior finance leadership roles (VP Finance, Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent). Experience supporting multi-brand, multi-channel consumer products organizations. Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, treasury, financial controls, and business analytics. Demonstrated experience leading annual planning, forecasting, and strategic business reviews. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive business outcomes. Deep understanding of inventory-intensive businesses, supply chain finance, and working capital management. Experience managing and developing large finance teams. Comfortable working in a global environment across time zones. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Background in juvenile products, consumer goods, retail, premium brands, eCommerce, or durable goods industries. Experience in global or matrixed organizations. ERP implementation or large-scale business transformation experience. Improve financial governance, internal controls, and accounting discipline across the organization. Enhance forecasting accuracy, business visibility, and decision-support capabilities. Strengthen tax, credit, treasury, and risk management processes. Deliver measurable improvements in working capital, liquidity, and cash flow performance. Improve profitability, margin performance, and return on invested capital across the portfolio. Be recognized as a trusted business partner to the Global Brand President and leadership team, helping drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The recruiting range for this role is between $208,000 -$300,000. Target compensation range and subsequent actual salary is/will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to specific skills, competencies, years of experience, geographic location and education as aligned to the job description.
