Reporting to the East Coast Senior Director, the Director of Studios oversees the strategic direction and success of their studios within their region with a focus on driving revenue, contributing to profitability and developing talent. This person will act as a subject matter expert in the overall solidcore experience and ensure every element communicates the solidcore vision. Ensure studio experience is aligned and consistent with the company’s overall strategy including service standards. Visit all studios within their Region on a consistent basis.
