Work you'd put your name on: sealed ducts, clean linesets, level pads, a jobsite left cleaner than you found it Good with homeowners. You'll be in their house all day, and how you treat them matters as much as the install itself. Experience with preventive maintenance, ensuring systems are set up and serviced to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Commitment to safety practices, including adherence to local codes, company policies, and use of proper personal protective equipment. Valid driver’s license and ability to work on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
