Position Overview Provide comprehensive consultative and co-management care for high-risk pregnancies Perform and interpret detailed obstetric ultrasounds, fetal anatomy scans, and diagnostic procedures Manage maternal medical complications including hypertension, diabetes, and other complex conditions Conduct amniocentesis, CVS, and other indicated prenatal diagnostic procedures Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, neonatologists, genetic counselors, and pediatric subspecialists Participate in multidisciplinary perinatal conferences and care planning Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and coordinated care Support quality improvement initiatives within maternal and fetal medicine services This role is ideal for a physician who values multidisciplinary perinatal care, clinical excellence, and practicing in a well-supported, collaborative women’s health program. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine Washington State medical license (or eligible) Active/Eligible DEA registration Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-risk obstetrical care Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
