For more than four decades, the company has been an innovator and pioneer, powering billions of systems that require the highest levels of security, safety, and reliability. Wind River helps customers across automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and telecommunications industries solve complex technology challenges on their journey toward the new intelligent machine economy. The company’s software powers generation after generation of the safest, most secure systems in the world. Examples include playing a key role in NASA space missions such as Artemis I, the James Webb Space Telescope, and multiple Mars rovers, and achieving 5G milestones including the world’s first successful 5G data session with Verizon. The company has received industry recognition for its technology innovation and leadership, and for its workplace culture, including global Great Place to Work certification and being named a “Top Workplace” for ten consecutive years. About the Role Wind River is seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to lead a small, high‑impact team across three regions. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and go‑to‑market — someone who can build deep knowledge of both Wind River’s offerings and those of our partners to craft compelling joint value propositions and content, without relying on others to do it for them. This role sits at the center of our partner ecosystem strategy and is critical to driving pipeline and revenue through co‑marketing, MDF investment, and integrated GTM programs. Enterprise Linux and our enterprise market are a key growth area, and this person will be expected to own that motion in partnership with Industry and Product Marketing. The role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and manages a team of 2–3 people across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of 2–3 partner marketing managers across three regions. Set clear priorities, provide direction, and ensure regional execution is aligned to global strategy. Build a high‑performing, accountable team culture focused on pipeline impact. Content Creation & Joint Value Proposition Own the development of partner‑facing content and messaging — this is a hands‑on content role, not a coordination role. Develop deep fluency in Wind River’s technology (RTOS, Edge, Enterprise Linux, DevSecOps, Intelligent Edge) and in our partners’ offerings to craft content that is genuinely differentiated and technically credible. Create joint value propositions, solution briefs, battle cards, campaign assets, and co‑branded collateral without relying on SMEs to do the writing. Ensure all content reflects the Enterprise segment’s priorities and growth potential as a first‑class motion alongside Telco and Industrial. MDF Program Management Own and manage the full MDF lifecycle — both MDF allocated to partners and MDF received from partners. Build and maintain a structured program for MDF planning, request evaluation, fund allocation, tracking, and reconciliation. Define ROI frameworks to measure what MDF‑funded activities actually deliver in pipeline and revenue. Partner with Finance and Sales to ensure budget accountability and reporting rigor. Co‑Marketing & GTM Execution Build and execute co‑marketing programs with strategic partners across semiconductor vendors, cloud providers, system integrators, OEMs, and ISVs. Drive GTM alignment that results in sourced and influenced pipeline, not just activity. Develop at least one joint GTM plan per strategic partner annually, with clear milestones and success metrics. Lead partner‑focused events, webinars, and demand generation programs in close coordination with product and industry marketing. Cross‑Functional Alignment Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, and the global demand‑gen team to ensure partner programs are integrated into the broader marketing plan. Align with the global communications team on partner announcements and co‑PR opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders to identify new joint opportunities. Analytics & Performance Track and report on partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis. Use Salesforce and Tableau to measure program effectiveness and drive optimization. Present results and recommendations to marketing leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and business context. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 18 years of B2B technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in partner or channel marketing. Write Technical Content. Manage teams across different cultures and time zones. Deep knowledge of enterprise software markets — experience with RTOS, Edge, cloud infrastructure, or Enterprise Linux strongly preferred. Proven ability to write and create technically credible content independently, without requiring SME ghostwriting. Experience managing MDF programs end to end, including budget planning, fund tracking, and ROI reporting. Track record of managing and developing geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in Salesforce and Tableau to track and communicate pipeline impact. Excellent communicator with the ability to build alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. About Rippling Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third‑party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds. We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses. About the role We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to translate Rippling’s products and platform capabilities into powerful, performance‑driven stories that inspire customers to act. This is not a traditional product marketing role; it’s a hands‑on marketing role for someone who can craft narratives, create assets, and ship campaigns that connect product innovation to customer outcomes. You’ll build and maintain a solutions and automation use‑case marketing engine that spans product demo videos, landing pages, emails, and a growing library of modular creative assets, all designed to drive engagement, adoption, and expansion. The ideal candidate is a true marketer: someone who can uncover customer insights, write compelling copy, and create content that performs. You thrive in the gap between product and growth, turning technical value into tangible results. What you will doDevelop and Own Solutions Marketing Frameworks Build a use‑case and automation library that connects Rippling’s products to real customer problems and outcomes, with a strong focus on cross‑product use cases and automation. Own the lifecycle of the use‑case library: build it, maintain it with new content, and make it engaging and “marketed,” not just documented. Define messaging frameworks that position Rippling as a single, unified solution across people, spend, IT, and beyond. Highlight automation as a core value proposition, with specific examples of what customers can actually automate (e.g., triggering a Slack message when a rep exceeds quota and automating bonus payouts upon VP approval). Partner with GTM, corporate, and integrated marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns and customer touchpoints. Create and Ship Performance Marketing Content Write and produce emails, landing pages, ad copy, and coordinate demo videos that showcase Rippling’s value in an engaging, measurable way. Translate complex product features into creative that converts, balancing clarity, storytelling, and performance. Test, analyze, and iterate on messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates. Develop content and campaigns around “automation recipes” or “playbooks” that demonstrate real‑world automations. Work toward launching a public gallery of community‑authored automation playbooks that customers can browse, deploy, and share. Lead Product‑Connected Creative Campaigns Partner with GTM, brand, and product teams to identify marketing moments that align with feature launches or product updates. Develop performance‑focused video content that highlights product functionality through a marketing lens. Build scalable creative templates and narratives that can be reused across lifecycle and growth programs. Launch “Automation of the Day” video content series for social media to showcase customer‑created playbooks. Build engagement features such as leaderboards of top automations, newsletter spotlights, and awards programs recognizing the most innovative customer‑created playbooks. Collaborate and Influence Across Teams Work cross‑functionally with creative, product, and demand generation to align messaging across all channels. Support customer and field marketing teams with tailored assets and positioning for specific audiences or industries. Ensure the entire GTM org can articulate a consistent, compelling story about Rippling’s solutions. Collaborate with customers and partners to co‑market automation playbooks and drive community‑led distribution. What you will need 3 years in product marketing, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; can write emails, scripts, and landing pages that drive measurable results. Experience creating video or performance creative tied to product launches or campaigns. Demonstrated ability to own the process end‑to‑end, from concepting and writing to testing and optimization. Data‑informed and experiment‑oriented; use insights to refine messaging and creative direction. Ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams in a fast‑paced, iterative environment. Growth mindset; eager to test, learn, and evolve Rippling’s marketing storytelling model. Bonus points Experience developing short‑form product demo or feature videos for performance marketing. Background in solutions or lifecycle marketing with strong familiarity in B2B SaaS. Portfolio of shipped marketing work, especially emails, landing pages, or campaign creative that shows both strategy and execution. Experience building community‑led content libraries (e.g., playbooks, recipe galleries, or automation showcases). Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other legally protected characteristics. Global Head of Product Marketing, US

This role As Global Head of Product Marketing at Partly, you will define and own how Partly is understood across the world — across two product layers, a multi-sided network, and three active markets. Partly operates two connected layers. Partly.com is the infrastructure platform — the B2B layer that software companies, OEMs, and enterprises build on. Partly.ai is the AI-powered tool for repair shops, built on top of that infrastructure, that makes finding and sourcing the right part genuinely effortless. Both are powered by the Interpreter, our proprietary foundational AI model — a genuine technological breakthrough in how automotive parts are understood at scale. The positioning challenge is unique. Enterprise buyers and Developer buyers need to understand why Partly.com is the right infrastructure layer for them to build on top of. Repairers need to believe that Partly.ai will actually transform how they work. And the Interpreter is a category-creating asset that nobody has told the story of yet. Your job is to make all of that coherent — in every market, for every buyer, on every side of the network. This is a genuinely global role based in Austin, Texas. You will work closely with UK, NZ, and US commercial teams to ensure positioning is consistent and compelling everywhere Partly operates. You will travel regularly — to London, to Christchurch, and wherever the business is building. You report directly to Tony (CSO) with a dotted line into Jo (Product GM), ensuring the product and market narratives evolve together. This is not a demand-generation role. The work is positioning, narrative, product commercialisation, and sales enablement — and you'll be expected to use AI tools to scale that work without proportional headcount growth. What will you do Define Partly's AI category Partly is not just an infrastructure company and not just an AI company — it's the intersection of both, in a market that hasn't seen this before. Own the category definition: what is Partly in the AI era? How do we establish "AI infrastructure for automotive parts" as the recognised frame before someone else does? This is the hardest and most important thing this role does. Bring the Interpreter model to market The Interpreter is Partly's foundational AI model — the technology that makes Partly.ai work its magic for repairers and that powers the intelligence in Partly.com. Working closely with Jo (Product GM), you will develop the language, proof points, and commercial narratives that make the Interpreter legible to every buyer type: the repairer who doesn't care about AI architecture, the insurer CTO who does, and the enterprise evaluator somewhere in between. Tell one coherent story across two product layers Partly.com (infrastructure) and Partly.ai (the AI tool for repairers) are distinct propositions for distinct buyers — but they have to cohere into one company story. Own the architecture of that story: how do the two layers relate, how does each buyer find their way in, and how does the Interpreter connect them underneath. Position across the full multi-sided network Partly's buyers are not one type of customer. Repairers (indie and MSO), insurers, OEM dealers, suppliers, and software developers building on Partly.com all need a different narrative built on the same foundation. Own the ICP-specific messaging, one-pagers, and pitch decks that sales teams globally use in live deals. Drive global positioning consistency This is a global role. The UK and NZ businesses are established and growing; the US is launching. Your job is to ensure the same positioning rigour exists in Austin, London, and Auckland — that reps in all three markets start every deal from the same foundation. You will travel to our UK and NZ teams regularly to build relationships, understand market-specific nuance, and maintain consistency. Build multi-market case studies Proof matters more than narrative for enterprise buyers. Build a pipeline of credible customer stories across all three markets — repairers, MSOs, insurers, OEMs — that turn early wins into durable market evidence for every sales team globally. Build AI-powered content operations You are expected to run lean and think in systems. Use AI tools — Claude, Perplexity, and whatever else does the job — to scale content production across products and markets: one-pagers, battlecards, thought leadership, enablement assets. Build the workflow so it scales as the business grows without proportional PMM headcount. Your skills Product marketing depth in AI, API/infrastructure, or platform companies. You've positioned products that operate at a system level. You understand what it means to sell foundational technology to developers, operators, and executives simultaneously. AI category creation experience. You've helped a company define what it is in the AI era — not just position against competitors, but create the category itself. You can point to specific commercial outcomes. Foundational model / AI product fluency. You understand how to bring AI technology to market without either over-hyping it or burying it in jargon. You know how to make "we built a foundational model" land with a repairer and an enterprise CTO. Multi-sided platform experience. You've marketed a product with meaningfully different buyer types on different sides of a network and you know how to maintain coherence across them without creating confusion. Global PMM experience. You've built or maintained positioning consistency across multiple markets — not just localised a campaign, but genuinely owned the positioning framework across geographies. Sales partnership fluency. You've sat in enterprise deals, built collateral used in live negotiations, and you understand what "sales friction" means in practice — not just in theory. AI tool fluency — non-negotiable. You are deploying AI-assisted content workflows, not experimenting with them. You can demonstrate how AI tooling has materially 10x'd your output. We will test this in the process. Strong written narrative. You can take a complex, layered platform and produce one clear positioning paragraph. Your one-pagers get read, not ignored. Comfortable with international travel. This role requires regular travel to the UK and NZ. You thrive working across time zones and cultures. Please note: if you don't have every skill listed above but believe you could be exceptional in this role, please still apply. We're interested in great judgment and genuine builder instincts. Preferred but not required: Experience in auto, insurance, logistics, supply chain, or operationally complex industries Background at an API-first or developer-tools company (Stripe, Twilio, Plaid, Segment, Figma, Notion tier) Has been the first PMM hire at a scaling company and left behind durable assets Experience commercialising a proprietary AI model or dataset Benefits High trust, low process and no bureaucracy. We hire exceptional people whose judgment we trust. Expense policy: the "red face test." Competitive base salary equity. Generous equity options for all full-time employees, ensuring everyone shares in the financial upside when we win. Flexible working hours. Combine flexibility with an office-first approach in our Austin office. Focus Days. Two days per week, zero meetings, dedicated solely to uninterrupted deep work. Take time when you need it. We don't ask questions or care about negative leave balances. We work hard and trust our team to recharge. Quarterly Season Openers. Fly to London or NZ with the global team for a week of collaboration, big-picture planning, and team events. We cover all travel and accommodation. Annual global offsite in New Zealand. Team connection. Monthly team events, celebrating wins, and more. Parental leave and flexible return to work. Primary carers: 4-day weeks at 100% pay for the first 12 weeks back. Secondary carers: 10 days full pay. Payroll Giving. We encourage generous giving and donate to the high-impact charities you support. J-18808-Ljbffr
