Analyze data from intranet, Teams, email, events, and employee listening to diagnose what’s working, what’s not, and why, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Deliver regular, insight‑led impact readouts to senior stakeholders, demonstrating how communications drive strategic and people outcomes. Apply a continuous test‑and‑learn mindset, optimizing channel mix, narrative framing, and engagement formats over time. Equip leaders with high‑quality communication packages for priority moments, including narratives, talking points, FAQs, and presentation storylines. Strengthen manager‑led communications through toolkits, discussion guides, and monthly cascade systems that enable meaningful two‑way dialogue. Help leaders act as visible communicators and culture carriers who reinforce strategy, enable change adoption, and foster connection and trust. Exceptional storytelling capability, with a proven ability to turn complex technology, data, or transformation topics into compelling, audience‑relevant narratives. Confidence operating as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on storyteller, with gravitas and credibility at senior levels. Expertise across a range of communication channels, including written, visual, live, and digital formats. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. What Would Make You Stand Out: Experience supporting technology, data, AI, or digital transformation organizations. Background in regulated or highly matrixed environments.
