Apply today! \n Job Details \n \n Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based \n Company: Princeton Staffing Solutions \n Contract Type: W2 – Full-Time Benefits Available \n Setting: Preschool (Pre-K) \n Caseload: To be discussed on interview \n Schedule: 4 Days per week working 32 hours per week including a 30 minute unpaid break \n Start Date: 12/1/26 \n End Date: 3/24/27 with potential to extend \n Work Arrangement: In Person \n Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission. \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n Competitive weekly compensation based on experience, school district budget, and traveler status \n Weekly direct deposit \n Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance \n 401(k) retirement plan and more \n Licensure & CEU Reimbursement \n Referral bonus program \n Ongoing clinical management support \n Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment \n \n Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Responsibilities \n \n Evaluate students to determine functional performance and eligibility for occupational therapy services. \n Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. \n Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and group settings. \n Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, and functional school participation skills. \n Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers. \n Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings. \n Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology when appropriate. \n Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements. \n Monitor student progress and modify intervention strategies as appropriate. \n Support students in accessing the educational environment and curriculum. \n \n Qualifications \n \n Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. \n Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license or licensure in process. \n NBCOT certification preferred or required based on state requirements. \n Previous school-based or clinic based experience with Early Childhood or Elementary is required. \n Experience with Assessments and Report writing. \n \n About Princeton Staffing Solutions \n Princeton Staffing Solutions has partnered with school districts nationwide since 2016 to place Occupational Therapists and other special education professionals.
