What you have Required Qualifications: * A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required * Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job. Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations. * Strong candidates will also learn to l everage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help your client's progress toward achieving their goals. * Openness to manage wealth on behalf of our clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning * Ability to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve * Passion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and the ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation * Desire to provide an outstanding investor experience in additional to furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management.
