Comfortable working in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional patient care. Requirements: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) - New grads welcome! Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain). Current TB test/results. Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year). What You'll Be Doing: Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
