Chief Revenue Officer, Prediction Markets (New York)

Location: NYC (remote first/hybrid pending office selection and build-out) Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Compensation: Competitive base salary, depending on experience Performance bonus Meaningful equity We're looking for Chief Revenue Officer for a publicly traded company focused on a new prediction markets platform at the intersection of finance, technology, trading, and real-world events. We're looking for someone who thinks like an operator, obsesses over unit economics, loves product strategy, and believes data should drive nearly every commercial decision. You’ll own the analytical, monetization-focused side of growth, working closely with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to optimize revenue yield across its prediction markets platform. Our Ideal Candidate (in a nutshell): A product-minded, deeply analytical monetization executive from a high-growth consumer fintech, trading, crypto, betting, or marketplace platform who has owned pricing, take rate, customer economics, retention, and revenue forecasting - and can turn those insights into measurable growth. About the Company: We are a publicly traded technology company operating at the intersection of financial technology, digital marketplaces, and regulated consumer products. Our platform is helping define one of the fastest-growing categories in financial technology, combining innovative product experiences with a strong commitment to trust, transparency, and long-term growth. Backed by experienced leadership and significant market momentum, we're building the category-defining platform in an industry that is still in its earliest stages. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end revenue strategy and monetization architecture across the company’s prediction markets business, including pricing, fee structures, spread and yield economics, and incentive design. Own the measurement and analytics framework for user acquisition and CRM and retention performance, including attribution, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV by channel, churn, and reactivation trends. Build this framework as a shared source of truth the broader organization can rely on. Continuously test and optimize user acquisition and retention and CRM programs through experimentation, segmentation, and lifecycle triggers. Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions made by the CMO, CPO, CEO, and other leaders, functioning as the analytical backbone for key business decisions. Partner closely with the CPO to embed revenue optimization into product decisions, including contract design, market-maker and liquidity incentives, and take-rate structures. Build and own analytical frameworks and forecasting models for core revenue drivers, including first-time depositors, unique depositing customers, ARPU, contract volume, and take rate. Partner with Finance on forecasts and Board reporting. Work with the CMO to ensure marketing spend and acquisition strategy are optimized against revenue and LTV outcomes, rather than volume alone. Identify, size, and prioritize new revenue levers, including new contract categories, market-maker programs, and premium features, and build the business case for each. Serve as the connective layer between Product, Marketing, and Finance on all matters related to monetization. Present revenue strategy, performance, and forecasts to the CEO and Board of Directors. What You Have: Required 8 years of experience in revenue leadership, growth, or strategic finance roles, ideally within a trading platform, exchange, marketplace, or high-growth fintech company. Deep quantitative and analytical expertise, with the ability to directly build and own pricing, yield, and revenue-forecasting models. Experience partnering with product organizations on monetization design—not only reporting on results after the fact. A track record of translating analysis into measurable revenue growth within a fast-moving, regulated, or trust-sensitive environment. Preferred Experience with prediction markets, exchange or market-making economics, sports betting, or trading platforms. Familiarity with DeFi and crypto-native monetization models relevant to international growth. Previous experience as a Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Growth, or VP of Strategic Finance within a public or soon-to-be-public company. What Success Looks Like A clear, defensible revenue and yield model that Product treats as a core input into roadmap decisions. Demonstrated improvement in ARPU, take rate, or revenue efficiency directly attributable to CRO-led initiatives. A clear and credible revenue narrative that the CEO and CFO can confidently present to the Board and investors. J-18808-Ljbffr
