This role is responsible for installing, programming, and commissioning life safety systems on commercial and industrial job sites. Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract role with commercial off the shelf software deployment and Waterfall experience for a client in Minneapolis, MN. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days onsite. Compensation: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. W-2 only consultants will be considered for this client The Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. They will manage project scope, timelines, and resources, and will be accountable for all aspects of the project lifecycle. A typical day involves leading project meetings, coordinating with team members, managing project documentation, and addressing any issues that arise. The PM will also be responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals. The PM will support a team of approximately 10-15 members, including developers, business analysts, and testers. Key players include the project sponsor, department heads, and other senior stakeholders. This role will primarily support internal business customers. The work environment is highly collaborative and supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication. Requirements: Experience with commercial off the shelf software deployment projects, including integration with legacy systems.
