Clinical Supervisor - EPICC

Lead a regional care coordination program that strengthens recovery, connection, and continuity of care. Schedule: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM; flexibility to accommodate staff and client needs. Some on-call coverage/capability required for client/staff/team support. The Clinical Supervisor – EPICC provides clinical leadership and program oversight for the Engaging Patients in Care Coordination (EPICC) initiative across the Central Region.
