Job Summary This position performs Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to create three dimensional images of tissue, organs and other body parts that are used by radiologists to detect abnormalities, make diagnoses and treat patients. Job Description Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Licenses/Certifications: Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required. One (1) of the following required: Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR) or Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients in conjunction with others in order to perform job functions. Principal Accountabilities Performs MRI procedures on patients: prepares patients for MRI exam, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the MRI scanner, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the scan. Enters and monitors patient data. Performs quality assurance on magnetic resonance equipment and matrix camera. May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation. Identifies and reports any accidents, complaints or equipment malfunction to department management. Takes emergency call within the department. Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service. Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff. Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic - Cardiology

Description Summary: Provides care under supervision of physician or registered nurses for clinic patients, according to established standards and practices. Performs various lab procedures when necessary and in accordance with competency. Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. Under the direction of the physician; performs basic patient care duties including, but not limited to, obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens [including phlebotomy (specific to site). Assists provider(s) in examination and treatment of patients and with procedures. Assist with patient flow through the clinic. Answers phone/records phone messages, and assists provider(s) with patient related calls. Assists in scheduling test appointment, results and pre-certification. Documents any information related to patient. Assists provider(s) with medication refills. Administers medications/immunizations according to provider order. Cleans and restocks exam rooms. Cleans equipment in accordance with policy. Orders stock supplies from supply department (specific to site maintains sterile technique and utilizes universal protocol. Performs routine clerical duties assigned, including but not limited to locating patient charts, filing and the completion of routine forms. Attends/completes required meetings and in-service training and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing LVN License in state of employment or compact BLS Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday Work Type: Full Time

Systems Architect

Location: Onsite in Memphis, TN or New Orleans, LA No sponsorship will be provided for this role. The Systems Architect leads the design, governance, and end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft 365 services-ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and great associate experiences in a regulated environment. Weekly Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 9am- 5pm Key Responsibilities Own enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Purview/Compliance. Define standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps for identity, messaging, collaboration, and device management across hybrid/on‑prem and cloud environments. Lead migrations and modernization (e.g., Exchange/SharePoint to Online), tenant‑to‑tenant moves, and hybrid identity (AD DS Entra ID) integrations. Implement Zero Trust controls: Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC/PIM, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery, audit and alerting, and secure sharing policies. Establish Microsoft 365 governance: tenant configuration baselines, change management, environment segmentation, lifecycle management, and license optimization. Automate operations with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; build runbooks, deployment pipelines, and monitoring dashboards for reliability and performance. Integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise platforms (e.g., SIEM/Sentinel, email security gateways, eDiscovery/archiving, ITSM/ServiceNow) and key third parties. Partner with Information Security, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Network, End User Computing, and Vendor Management to meet regulatory expectations (e.g., GLBA/FFIEC) and protect client information. Design and test business continuity/disaster recovery for collaboration and messaging services; lead major incident response and post‑mortems. Provide Level 3/architecture‑level guidance, mentor engineers, and produce high‑quality documentation (diagrams, standards, runbooks). Qualifications 7 years in enterprise IT, including 3-5 years architecting Microsoft 365/Entra ID in mid‑to‑large organizations. Expert knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Purview/Compliance features. Strong identity and access background: SSO/Federation, SAML/OAuth/OIDC, Conditional Access/MFA, RBAC/PIM, and hybrid AD. Security/compliance experience in regulated environments: DLP, retention/eDiscovery, audit, data classification/sensitivity labels, and secure external collaboration. Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; proven automation of tenant configuration, license management, and operational tasks. Working knowledge of networking and email fundamentals: DNS, SMTP, TLS, proxy/firewall considerations for Microsoft 365 endpoints. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex designs into clear guidance for associates and leaders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience with Teams Phone/voice, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Sentinel/SIEM integrations, and Power Platform governance. Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
