Position Summary: The Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) Clinic Manager is responsible for acting in the dual role of a clinic manager as well as a treating therapist. This position requires a therapist who can organize and conduct therapeutic interventions to reduce pain, restore function, promote mobility, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or accident. They must clearly establish diagnoses, prognosis, and develop a plan of care (POC) with short/long term patient centered goals that fall within the scope of their practice. Current / active licensure in the State of Tennessee. 2. We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer II – Structures to support our client’s engineering and production efforts on combat vehicle programs. This role focuses on providing production support for new designs, resolving build process issues, and driving improvements to mechanical and structural systems integration. Position Description The engineer will support the transition of new designs to production and investigate issues encountered during the build process. Responsibilities include generating new design solutions to meet technical, cost, and schedule constraints, designing efficient interface components for product integration, and conducting root-cause analysis for production issues. The role involves close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary engineering team and the preparation of documentation and presentations to support resolution of non-compliance issues. The engineer will also conduct trade studies, tolerance stack analyses, and ensure design compliance with specifications and military standards. Responsibilities include creating and editing CAD models (PTC Creo preferred), designing and analyzing welded and bolted joints, applying GD&T, and using FEA tools. The engineer will provide input on project schedules and budgets, prepare technical reports and presentations, troubleshoot testing issues, and work with suppliers on cost and quality improvements. The position may require daily on-floor support, walking between locations, and climbing in/on vehicles.
