Job Summary MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers our lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. Job Summary Job Description Medline is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead its ReadyCare manufacturing site in Waukegan, ILL through a significant operational and regulatory transformation. This highly visible role will oversee approximately 150 employees across three shifts while helping reposition the facility as a full-cycle pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. The site manufactures medical wipes, including CHG products, within a regulated, moderately automated environment. With significant investment, new leadership, and external expertise already in place, the Director will play a central role in strengthening pharmaceutical operating practices, supporting regulatory remediation, implementing a sustainable drug-quality management system, and returning key products to market. This is an opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing leader to transform an operation, build long-term capability, and potentially influence Medline's broader drug-manufacturing network. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain and facilities operations. Lead the site's transformation into a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation grounded in cGMP requirements and strong operating discipline. Job Summary The Manager, Legal Operations oversees the day-to-day delivery of legal operations services, including paralegal support, core workflows, and legal technology platforms. This role ensures efficient, consistent service delivery, drives process improvement, and partners with legal and business stakeholders to support the effective operation of the Legal Department. Job Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and develop paralegal staff, including workload allocation, performance management, and professional development. Serve as business owner for legal technology platforms (e.g., e-billing, matter management, CLM system, etc.). Partner with Procurement and Finance to manage legal spend, enforce billing guidelines, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall delivery of legal services. Establish and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support the execution of Legal Department strategic initiatives, including process improvement and change management efforts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree.
