Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their application in a sales context. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to secure advantageous terms in contract discussions. Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Solid understanding of the steel/construction industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations.
