Job Details Maintenance Technicians are the superheroes of our operations, dedicated to unleashing peak performance in our production equipment, machinery, and facility utilities through dynamic corrective, predictive, and preventive electrical, mechanical, power, and control maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrating a keen aptitude for collaboration and problem-solving in training settings. Executing tasks efficiently while adhering to current production, quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Operating hand and power tools proficiently and handling industrial lift trucks, including working at heights. Possessing a basic understanding of common measuring tools and the ability to work autonomously with appropriate guidance. Effectively communicating and documenting information. Embracing new training, tools, and educational opportunities. Participating in advanced technology maintenance classes, both on and off-site. Reporting any food safety issues or concerns promptly. Requirements: Successful completion of a maintenance assessment test. Willingness to enroll in advanced technology maintenance classes as needed. Ability to occasionally lift 50-75 lbs. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies. Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration proceedings. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Continually seek to understand and act upon attorney, client, and firm needs, concerns, and priorities. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. CA or NV Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation with a focus on insurance, personal injury, business, and commercial law. Exceptional research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
