Support attorneys in depositions and discovery by summarizing transcripts, managing key documents, and ensuring timely follow-ups on requests. Prepare and organize materials for expert witness review, ensuring they have the necessary documentation for case assessments. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a strong team dynamic and ensure smooth case progression. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for those with insurance defense experience. Exceptional writing and communication skills, ensuring clarity in documentation and correspondence. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, balancing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Proven ability to draft subpoenas and maintain detailed records of received documents. Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with a keen ability to manage large volumes of case materials. Job Description Job Description The Diesel Mechanic will maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of construction vehicles, machinery and mechanical equipment. Job Duties: As a Diesel Mechanic, you will handle repairs on engines, drive trains and truck chassis. Also you will need knowledge of electrical and lighting systems, brakes and some hydraulics.
