The Associate Professor will be appointed as a member of the full-time faculty of the Department of Urology reporting directly to the Chairman Function as an attending physician at University of Miami Hospital and Clinics (UMHC), Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), and Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) including responsibility for coverage of inpatient and outpatient cases as well as operating room supervision of residents and outpatient clinics in the Ambulatory Care Centers. Perform clinical activities through the University of Miami Medical Group (UMMG) clinical practice plan as well as supervise and teach residents and fellows both in inpatient and outpatient settings. This includes surgical activities at UMHC, JMH, and VA. Will also provide Urology in-patient consultations and emergency on call. Qualifications: M.D. from an accredited medical school, completion of an approved urology residency training program, licensed or eligible for Florida license to practice medicine, Board-certified/Board-eligible in urology. Fellowship training or extensive experience in Reproductive Medicine and Male Infertility. Demonstrated expertise in clinical care, teaching, and research in urology and reproductive medicine. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and scholarly activity.
