Assist with Project Team in production of RFIs, change orders, contract modifications Work closely with construction team, subcontractors, designers, and architects. Play a key role in the success of our overall projects. Responsible for complying with the Quality Control Requirements and construction documents per each project. Work with the Project Team to produce a Project Schedule and Schedule of Values. Attend and engage in all site OAC & Sub meetings. Perform additional assignments as needed. Requirements: At least 3 years of on site construction experience. Preferably in residential and interior construction. Must be able to effectively organize and lead an entire crew. Supervise Scaffold Drivers, Pump Operator, Mixerman, Hose Draggers and Finishers on shotcrete crew. Supervise laying out and cutting of wall ribs, dome ribs and wedges. Erect and remove wall and dome formwork. Supervise formwork for sumps, aerator curb, launder walls and other cast or shot accessories requiring formwork. Supervise installation of manholes and piping through walls. Perform layout, cutting, assembly, erection and removal of formwork. Demonstrate correct finishing techniques. Demonstrate carpentry knowledge by showing proficiency in the construction of a selected item. The person has completed all the work operations on two tanks or has worked for a period of at least eight months, whichever is longer. Basic skills involved in pipe placement, floor forming, steel placement, wall forming, dome forming, wire winding, shooting and finishing shotcrete have been learned. Perform jobs and tasks as assigned including but not limited to Scaffold Driver, Hose Dragger, Finisher, formwork preparation and handling, steel placement, pipe placement, site preparation, unloading building material, etc. Abide by all safety rules on the jobsite. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience as a Senior Tankbuilder. Must complete all examinations, Foreman level and below. Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Facilities Technician to support a mission-critical medical device manufacturing facility with climate-controlled environments. This role ensures the proper functioning of building systems — including HVAC, boilers, generators, chillers, and Building Automation Systems (BAS) — to maintain environmental compliance for sensitive manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, generators, chillers, compressed air, and compressed gas systems to ensure optimal performance. Operate and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS), including sensors, controllers, actuators, and user interfaces. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all critical building infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and proactively troubleshoot issues before they escalate. Maintain environmental conditions — including air pressure, humidity, and temperature — within specified ranges for climate-controlled manufacturing spaces. Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies and internal customer complaints; provide timely and effective resolutions. Coordinate with vendors and act as liaison between the facility and external HVAC contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilities. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and company policies. Support manufacturing operations by ensuring facility readiness, uptime, and minimal disruption. Keep detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on HVAC and building systems. Maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies; make recommendations for replacement or upgrades. Adhere to scheduled maintenance plans and prioritize tasks according to urgency. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance procedures for HVAC systems. Communicate effectively with facility managers and stakeholders, providing regular status updates on HVAC issues. Train new employees on HVAC systems, BAS operations, and established maintenance procedures. Provide exceptional service to employees and stakeholders by ensuring comfortable, safe, and compliant work environments. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of technician experience in HVAC or facilities maintenance. Valid 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License (C2) required; other boiler licenses (e.g., 2B or Chief) may be considered. Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and familiarity with protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Strong understanding of building operations, including chilled water systems, compressed air/gas systems, and generator support. Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards and take ownership of facility performance. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for interfacing with facility managers, team members, and external contractors. Preferred Skills Military experience in facilities or mechanical systems. Familiarity with FDA-regulated or GMP manufacturing environments. Position Summary: Arrow Gear Co. is looking for CNC Turning operators that produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. ( 1st and 2nd Shift open positions) Responsibilities: Plans machining by studying work order, blueprints, engineering plan, quality plan, materials, specifications, OP. drawings, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Sets-up lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments. Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position. Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces in accordance to supplied OP. drawing and quality plan. Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
